Custom Axe Workshop
Custom Axe Workshop
Learn alongside the axe makers of Yellowood Farm x Supply. By purchasing a Custom Axe Workshop you will have the opportunity to learn how to restore, rehang and sharpen an heirloom-worthy axe.
Choose from tool heads in our library of vintage axe and tool heads, remove rust and reshape, fit to a handle and hang, find the perfect balance, and sharpen it to perfection. This also includes a leather sheath for your axe head. We will guide you through the process of creating a custom leather sheath for your tool. Leave your handle plain - paint it later - or work with us to create your custom artwork.
You’ll leave our workshop with an axe ready to chop and beautiful enough to hang over the fireplace.
Supply of our axe/tool inventory will vary. If you have an axe head you would prefer to restore please let us know - we are happy to help you revive your single bit axe or hatchet.
SINGLE BIT AXE — Our single bit axe restorations sit on a 36” hickory handle
HATCHET — Our hatchet restorations sit on a 14” hickory handle
