Our triple thick leather sheath, custom fit for your small axe or hatchet. Each sheath is stitched by hand, made of 4-6oz leather with a triple thick edge for safety, and a longer lasting product.

Natural Veg Tan option will age and gain character over time, the leather will darken from use and UV exposure. Black option is dyed by hand in our workshop with a natural, oil-free dye.

Once you place in your cart you’ll find three options: Sheath stamping (on strap), Stitching color, and Type. We can custom fit any small axe or hatchet, or select Flying Fox - as we keep this popular size in stock. If you need a custom sheath fit to a small axe or hatchet we will send you a follow-up email in order to get a photo of your tool head, as well as appropriate dimensions to ensure accurate fit.
