Together we will learn the basics of making a homemade Apple Butter!
Two main goals:
• Fruit Butter making 101 (understand terminology and tools)
• Fruit Butter canning 101 (understand timing, temperatures, sterilizing, and process)
Each guest will leave with a jar of fruit butter and a reference sheet so they can continue making more at home!

• Farm Rules: No Guns, No Smoking, No Pets.
• Dress for the weather. Even if our workshop is indoors, please dress for the weather. Most of our workshops include some element of outdoor farm tour or walk-about. Do not wear open-toed shoes to the farm. Boots or hiking shoes are always the best option.
• We try to have a portable outdoor restroom for guests year-round, but this is not always possible in winter months.
We do not offer refunds for worksohps. In certain circumstances we may offer. guests the ability to apply the cost of this workshop to another workshop in the future. However, due to the cost of materials, we cannot always guarantee this.
