Host an event at Yellowood Farm
Our quaint farm barnyard is also home to a beautiful 20 person wood dining table under twinkle lights and a canopy of trees.
We rent this charming space out for intimate gatherings.
Minimum rental time is 2-hrs, with the ability to add-on time, flowers, workshops and more.
We provide the space, you bring in food, beverage, and good company.
Once you’ve booked your date/time and any add-ons, we will reach out with a list of our favorite local vendors.

No pets.
No smoking.
No underaged drinking adult beverages.
No guns or weapons.
No balloons, glitter, or non-organic confetti.
All guests must park in the grass near our black barn/workshop.
No weddings unless discussed prior.
Guests must respect the animals and farm rules.
Do not enter the animal barns or chicken coops without a farmer.
Do not enter the flower fields without permission.
Do not tamper with any farm equipment.
We firmly stand by our non-discrimination policy. If at anytime a guest is behaving in a way that is racist, sexist, homophobic, ageist, ableist, anti-semitic, or xenophobic in any way, we reserve the right to ensure the individual leaves or to end the event.

All events are rain or shine, unless ther is lightning. If rain is expected we suggest coordinating a tent to setup or offer guests umbrellas. During the summer our tree coverage is thick enough that guests are unbothered by light rain.
We do not offer cancellations. However we do offer to move events.
If the event must be moved within 72 hours of the event, no refund and no availability to move the event will be offered. In some extenuating circumstances, or in the event of unexpected extreme weather, we may still offer to move the event.

We do not offer food/beverage catering or service. However, we do have a list of local vendors that we love. You can bring any food or beverage in that you wish. You must clean up the space entirely before leaving, ensuring that all trash is bagged and no waste is left behind.

We are not currently taking automated reservations for weddings. If you are interesting in hosting a wedding with fewer than 50 guests, please reach out to contact@yellowood.us — we can supply you with pricing based on guest count and wedding details. Weddings are only available on dates that our Airbnb is not booked.
